ACA International's Mark Neeb to Deliver Keynote Address

 Mark NeebMDHBA is Pleased to announce that Mark Neeb, ACA International's CEO, will deliver the keynote address at the 2020 MDHBA Annual Conference.

Neeb has nearly 40 years of corporate strategy experience, including 28 years specifically working in the accounts receivable management industry.

Previously, Neeb served as the president and CEO of The Affiliated Group (TAG), a Rochester, Minnesota-based receivables management firm he bought, built and sold over a 20-year period. Under his leadership, The Affiliated Group won the 1999 Small Business Award from the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce.

Most recently, he was the CEO of neebEDU, which provided subcontract services for the U.S. Department of Education collection contract. Neeb, a certified public accountant, also served as audit manager for CliftonLarsonAllen and as the chief financial officer for a large receivables management firm based in Minnesota.

Throughout his career, Neeb has been recognized as an active leader in the collections industry, having served as president of the ACA International Board of Directors in 2011/12. His five-year stint on ACA’s Board (2008-2013) included a term as treasurer (2008/09) and president-elect (2010/11).

Before winning a seat on the Board, Neeb participated on several ACA committees, including the ACA Healthcare Debt Sales & Collection Services Task Force, which developed guidelines for collection agencies and healthcare facilities on best practices related to the sale and collection of healthcare debt. In addition, Neeb held all leadership positions on the Minnesota Collectors Association board.

Neeb won multiple ACA awards, including the James K. Erickson Continuous Service Award and Warren Siem Award, and earned three ACA professional development designations: the Fellow and Scholar designations and the International Fellowship of Credit and Collection Executives.

Neeb received his B.A. in accounting from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and his MBA in management from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis.

Neeb lives in Rochester, Minnesota.
