Certified Healthcare Business Associate (CHBA)

The Certified Healthcare Business Associate certification program is a voluntary program offered exclusively to MDHBA members. MDHBA has established criteria providing excellent guidelines to maintain quality work standards that protect the integrity of members' business operations, as well as their clients. CHBA recognizes healthcare accounts receivable management companies that have met the highest industry standards in the areas of compliance and accountability. Members completing the program realize a return on investment that can be measured by client satisfaction and increased market share.
