MDHBA hosts two conferences each year as well as audio conferences from time-to-time.
The association's Annual Conference is designed for agency owners, presidents, vice presidents and senior management. A wide-range of healthcare receivables management topics are discussed each year, from legal issues, to employment, operations, marketing and more. The event features plenty of networking time built into the schedule so that attendees can share ideas and learn from each other.
MDHBA's Institute is designed for operations, sales and marketing employees, though many owners and senior management personnel attend as well. The program runs one and one-half days, with a focus on operations, sales and marketing. The program offers participants many opportunities to network and expand the learning experience provided by the curriculum.
Audio conferences are scheduled, as needed, as topics of interest arrive.
