MDHBA hosts an Annual Conference each year, as well as audio conferences from time-to-time.
The association's Annual Conference is designed for agency owners, presidents, vice presidents and senior management. A wide-range of healthcare receivables management topics are discussed each year, from legal issues, to employment, operations, marketing and more. The event features plenty of networking time built into the schedule so that attendees can share ideas and learn from each other.
Audio conferences are scheduled, as needed, as topics of interest arrive. Topics address the needs of both owners/upper management, as well as key employees in operations, sales and marketing.
